Hold Me Tight Program for Families with Teens- "The Hold Me Tight Program for Families with Teens offers a supportive and enriching environment for families navigating the challenges of adolescence. Through a series of workshops or sessions, parents and teens learn effective communication skills, strengthen bonds, and develop strategies to navigate conflicts and transitions together. Led by experienced facilitators, this program empowers families to deepen their connections, foster understanding, and build resilience during this pivotal stage of life."
